Nick Brunson, Senior Consultant, Nevada
With 20 years of sales, marketing, training and consulting experience, Nick is accomplished in building long-term business relationships by helping clients make informed decisions. His consultative and supportive approach delivers bottom line results.

Nick's vast work experience encompasses finance, communications, development and real estate investing. These skills make him especially qualified to bring his clients a wealth of knowledge and expertise within a variety of industries.

Born and raised in Reno, Nick received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada and an MBA from The University of Phoenix.

Kathy Wentworth Drahosz
Founder and President of The Training Connection, Inc., Kathy has more than a decade of experience in business, product and people development. She is the co-developer and author of Dynamic Mentoring, Mentoring for Success and Making an IMPACT in your Career, three practical approaches to tapping human potential and preparing for career and personal transitions. More than 50,000 persons worldwide have experienced the power of her training programs and products. Certified by the Governor Of Virginia, representing business and industry, Kathy provides guidance and oversight for activities under Virginia's Job Training Plan. Kathy is recognized for her work in helping individuals and organizations tap their unlimited potential!

Lucy Yaldezian, CHC
After 13 years in the legal profession as a paralegal, Lucy made the transition to soft-skills training. She developed a particular skill and interest in indirect methods of progressive relaxation and metaphor inductions.

In 1994, Lucy became a certified handwriting consultant (CHC) from the Institute of Integral Handwriting Studies, adding the powerful tool of graphotherapy (handwriting analysis) to her innovative spectrum of solutions.

Lucy's unique approach to personal and professional development has been described as "fascinating," "amazingly helpful" and just plain "excellent." She is deeply committed to the success of the individual and groups with which she works. She entertains as she instructs, making her a popular speaker on the topics of stress management, self-esteem, and all aspects of the mind-body connection.

Carolyn Duncan
Carolyn became a training and development consultant in early 1994 after a 20-year career with Marriott Corporation. Her management background includes operations and human resource management, coordinating government programs, multi-unit training, and development responsibilities. In her role as Western Regional Training and Development Director for HOST Marriott, she developed and implemented various associate and management programs including Total Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Management Development and other site training and incentive programs.

Carolyn received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Golden State University. She is currently an instructor of Adult Education in Pleasant Hill, California. Recent accomplishments include assisting large and small businesses with human resource and training needs, large-scale diversity initiatives, needs assessments, and management skills classes. She is affiliated with the Marriott Business Council acting as their Coordinator of Training and Development, responsible for Marriott's Northern California Cluster Training, a training event held three times a year that attracts 1000+ participants.

Carolyn lives in Martinez, California, and travels throughout the country delivering management training and development seminars and providing human resource support to large and small businesses. She is affiliated with The American Society of Training and Development (Mt. Diablo Chapter), Tri-Valley Human Resource Association, Women's Inc. and Roundtable for Women in Foodservice Inc.

Joan Silva, C.P.A.
Joan Silva's experience and background come from varied sources. After graduating with honors in business and accounting, she worked for one of the most prestigious public accounting firms in the country. She later served as Vice President and Manager of Internal Audit for one of the nation's largest, publicly held real estate firms. She has since successfully owned and operated three businesses over the last 10 years.

She is a Past President of Soroptimist International of San Ramon. Soroptimist is one of the largest philanthropic organizations for professional women. Joan is currently an active member of the following organizations:

Joan did "MONEY TIP OF THE DAY" spots on KEST 1450 AM radio. She was known as "Money Silva" on this program and gave prosperity and abundance enhancing tips each day.

Greg Grebe
Greg became an executive coach and training consultant in 2004 after a 35 year career in global transportation. His management background includes operations, sales, general management and human resources management. During his career Greg led organizations of up to 5,000 people with budget responsibility for 1.5 billion dollars. He has worked extensively throughout the globe with responsibility for operations from Japan to Dubai while stationed in Hong Kong. He has also run worldwide logistical operations for the same 6 billion dollar company. Greg led the quality initiative for this company and has extensive practical knowledge in this area. He has strong leadership and communication skills and his enthusiasm for working with people to improve their effectiveness is always evident.

His recent experience since retirement includes successful coaching of 10 executives and employee training of several hundred people.

Greg graduated from UCSB with a degree in Psychology after 4 years service in the USMC. He lives in Alamo, California and has traveled extensively both on business and pleasure. He does volunteer work for youth golf and plans to mentor high school students this coming year.

Captain Jerry Hasselbach
Jerry comes to us after years of sailing as Master of large container ships for American President Lines. During his tenure with APL, he worked ashore several years as Assistant Marine Superintendent, providing support for all of their container operations.

Since retiring early in 2000, he has been actively consulting in the industry, primarily involved with ship and port security, providing assessments and security plans for many international passenger, tanker and freight companies.

Most recently he has been engaged as Project Director for a maritime school training crew for passenger ships. As Project Manager he was responsible for working with the cruise line, the union and The Jenks Group, in providing leadership and support for that project.

Jerry is a member of the California Bar Association, and a retired Captain in the US Naval Reserve.

Ron Hansen
Ron Hansen brings with him over 20 years of highly successful experience in media development, and instructional design and delivery for corporations, academic institutions, non-profits, government agencies and unions. Ron recently served as the Dean of Academic Affairs at an east coast campus of a major proprietary higher education company. Ron also served as a Director of Distance Learning, was a successful independent Learning Consultant and received an Excellence in Volunteerism award from a leading international association for professional communicators.

Cecilia Amor Kramer
Cecilia Amor Kramer is one of the Hawaiian Culture trainers for the NCL Hawaii cruise ships. She grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii, where she danced the hula and played the ukulele. She also lived on the island of Oahu, working for the Hawaii Medical Services Association as a writer/editor.

Amor has over 20 years experience in fundraising and communications, working primarily for health organizations. Amor has a graduate degree in public health administration from the University of Minnesota. She now resides in Virginia and works for various non-profit, charitable organizations in Washington, D.C.

Patricia Toregas, Vice President Consulting Services, Telepliant Communications
Patricia is on staff as one of the Hawaiian Culture trainers for the NCL Hawaiian cruise ships. She was born in Honolulu and is one fourth Hawaiian.

Patricia has been in the communications business for about 35 years, having recently retired from Verizon where she spent her time managing teams and projects in marketing, operations, regulatory and systems, both on staff and line, in positions ranging from associate to executive director. She currently heads up the consulting services business for Telepliant, a small Maryland based company.

Patricia earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC.) Her undergraduate work focused on business and marketing and her graduate work focused on the behavioral sciences. She has been active in the UMUC Alumni Association for about ten years, serving as President of the Board, Vice President Regulatory Affairs, and Vice President Graduate Relations.

Markiesha E. Wilson
Markiesha E. Wilson is a dynamic speaker who is able to connect with diverse audiences of all ages, backgrounds and professions. Markiesha combines personality with professionalism and entertainment with enlightenment to deliver messages that impact the lives of her audiences. She is profound yet personable in her delivery on communications issues that are currently impacting employees, managers, and business leaders.

Markiesha Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Towson University, graduating in only 3.5 years with honors. She later earned a Masters of Arts degree from Howard University in Human Communications with a cumulative 4.00 grade point average. Over the past 10 years of her professional career, Markiesha has held leadership positions such as Associate Director of Admissions, Professor of Communications and Speech, and Senior Information Technology Recruiter. In each role, Markiesha has been known as an exceptional motivator and team leader.

Stephanie Dyke
Stephanie comes to the Jenks Group with over 10 years' experience in Human Resources including specialized skills in management, training, recruiting and technical applications. She has held senior management positions within several organizations based in Baltimore, MD and has facilitated training across various industries such as retail, finance, hospitality and high tech.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia as well as a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI. She is involved in several community arts projects and actively infuses creativity in her training and HR endeavors.

Dr. J. Douglas Wilson, Counselor/Trainer, Executive Vice President, VMAssociates, Inc.
Doug is an accomplished senior manager with over 28 years managing operations, supervising staff, leading teams and consistently delivering quality programs and services. Doug's expertise includes character education and self renewal through "attitude adjustment" and interpersonal skills training. Doug has implemented life skills and behavior modification training and has provided individual career counseling in preparation for job placement.

Doug served 13 years as Senior Research Programs Manager for Johns Hopkins. As fellow with the American Jewish Council, Doug participated in an educational and cultural site visit to Israel resulting in a group position paper suggesting techniques for improve communication between cultures. Doug has also served as a motivational team building speaker, customer service trainer, and mediator consultant for both schools and non profit organizations.

Doug received his undergraduate degree from Morgan State University and Doctorate of Ministry from the Family Bible Seminary. He also holds a certificate in individual, family, and group crisis counseling from the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling.

Theresa V. Wilson, M.Ed., Freelance Writer/Trainer, President, VMAssociates, Inc.
Theresa is an accomplished senior executive with more than twenty five years as a human services manager and trainer. Theresa has supervised both professional and nonprofessional staff, and led teams as part of organizational change management. She was a non profit executive with oversight of a 3.5 million dollar endowment and up to 1 million dollar budget, director of employment for a National Urban League affiliate, assistant director for a private career school, member of the private industry council, and appointed to the mayor's planning committee the AmeriCorps Community Service initiative.

As a consultant, Theresa's training includes Time Management, Business English skills, and offering customer service tools and techniques to midlevel managers and subordinates of several major corporations. She also developed a "coping skills" series used as part of several college freshmen orientation programs, and consulted as a curriculum/proposal grants reviewer for the U.S. Department of Labor. A former teacher, Theresa has a Masters in Education from Seton Hall University.
