Ed Jenks, the Chief Executive Officer of The Jenks Group® is a well known Bay Area business professional having held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of the largest privately held security firm in the nation. Ed began his career in education before moving on to banking and manufacturing in the late 1970's. Ed's fascination with strategic planning and strategic plan management began in 1981 during his tenure with Daiwa Inc. In the mid 1980's Ed began to formulate a strategic planning process that he has since used to help clients, coast to coast, improve top and bottom line performance. Ed is a guest lecturer in the UC system, has served on numerous boards for both government and private enterprise, and is well known for his ability to manage and deliver sustainable bottom line results.

Sharon Jenks, President of The Jenks Group®, began her career in the banking business earning the title of Senior Vice President in the then male dominated banking industry at the age of 27. Having broken the glass ceiling herself, Sharon began to study the personal success strategy of executives who were able to achieve higher than normal levels of success. Her fascination with executive behavior culminated in 1992 with the founding of Performance Solutions, an organization dedicated to the training and behavioral development of senior executives. Sharon is a well-known executive coach having helped some of the country's top business professionals to reach their goals. Sharon, a survivor of cancer in 1980, is a sought after keynote speaker where she specializes in helping other cancer victims overcome their fear in "Reaching for the Brass Ring". Sharon is a past Chairman of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce and serves on a number of volunteer boards.

Robert Gibbon, Vice President As a former professional soccer player, Robert is well aware of what it takes to build and maintain successful teams and organizations. Robert has a solid financial background and prior to joining The Jenks Group served in the CFO role of a market leading restaurant Management Company in Florida. Robert has an MBA from Mercer University in Macon, GA and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).

Britta Gibbon, Senior Consultant
Prior to joining The Jenks Group, Britta gained project management experience with one of the Southeast's biggest internet firms. Moving into recruitment, Britta spent close to 6 years working in the highly competitive entertainment and education arenas both in the Southeast US and overseas. Choosing to focus on team dynamics, Britta became a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and devotes most of her time conducting Communication and Team Building seminars. Britta also leads the Leveraged Learning Division of the Jenks Group.
